Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an automated email from Only Opals with:

  • A direct link to Australia Post’s tracking page

We exclusively ship via Australia Post to ensure reliable and consistent delivery.


What if my order is delayed or damaged?

We’re here to support you every step of the way. If your parcel is delayed, we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.

We pack our opals with great care, and while damage is extremely rare, if your opal arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all original packaging.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Email us at info@onlyaustralianopals.com.

We’ll provide our Returns Procedure and arrange a prompt solution.


Is my opal insured during transit?

Yes! All orders are fully insured for their full value while in transit. Your opal is securely packaged, and every shipment includes a tracking number to keep you informed from dispatch to delivery.
