2. Processing & Handling Times

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

• Custom Orders: If you have placed a custom opal order, additional processing time may apply.

• Business Days: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
